Disclosure of Material Connection:  I received this book for review from Rock Star PR and the author.  I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review.  The opinions I have expressed are my own.  I am posting this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255:  "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising".

Make sure to read the author’s Acknowledgement.  She mentions another author that if you’ve never read her work you’ll want to check her out.

Colt Butler is a football player where the luck of the draw just wasn’t on his side.  He’s an intense person and the reader sees that right from the beginning.  Angie Diaz is a woman who has a really hard job – you’ll understand when you read the beginning of the story.  And she just may make a woman or two jealous.

She’s a woman who tells it like it is and doesn’t mind saying it – you’ll understand when you get to the event with a lot of people.  This author has also written a scene with Angie and Colt that got me to thinking – If airplanes have the mile-high club, what do cruise ships have?  Then there was another scene that had me wishing two things.  The first was that I wished I had been on that cruise and the second was that I wished this were a movie.  The visuals just would be so much better then what I could picture in my mind’s eye.  This author certainly knows what her readers want and does a great job of giving it to them.

If you’re someone that likes to set the mood – you might get out on a boat, take a cruise, or just sit on the beach.  If you’re currently dealing with the winter blues, a cruise somewhere might sound like a good idea.  But if you’re stuck indoors, maybe light a few candles and either listen to some beach sounds or sit with a heater and put your sunglasses on.

With winter chores that I know we all love to do, when you come inside what better way to warm you up then with this book.  It’s also short enough that you can get it read in just a short amount of time.  If you loved this book as much as I did, and was disappointed that it was over, you might want to check out some of the other authors and their books that are associated with this series.  A great place to start would be here:  http://www.carlyphillips.com/12481/.
